The UM team has partnered with Junction Halls to develop their flagship location, Junction 2027. Junction 2027 is envisioned to bridge the nation’s second largest health district with the Overtown neighborhood and Miami’s thriving innovation corridor. The team has secured a site less than one block from CIC Miami that includes a warehouse building and outdoor setting that is ideal for an indoor-outdoor market. The market will be combined with coworking, flexible offices, and laboratory spaces layered with robust programming, advising, and community-building initiatives. The Junction team is led by a group of successful entrepreneurs in Branding, Hospitality, and Media Production.
